Executive Search & Selection

We aim to partner and advise at all stages of a search. Our goal is to exceed expectation both in terms of the spectrum of candidate options provided as well as the swift, smooth yet thorough nature of the search itself.

The search would typically constitute the following specific phases:

  1. Establish search parameters and priorities:

    • Determine the challenges and barometers of success specific to the role as well as the organization.

    • Compile a full candidate long-list representing thorough market mapping and a wide range of choices for our client to explore.
    • Consult with our client and determine long-list candidates to pursue further for potential short-list inclusion.
  3. Attract and evaluate candidates

    • Approach potential candidates to test their interest in the role, drawing on our insights about candidate interests and aspirations to persuade strong prospects to consider new opportunities.
    • Conduct in-depth competency based interviews based on pre-agreed search parameters.
    • Compile and present short-list.
  4. Present most qualified candidates for client interviews

    • Present most desirable candidates along with detailed candidate notes encompassing; initial interview assessment, key drivers, candidate achievements, track record, reputation in the marketplace (often via informal external conversations within the market) as well as academic qualification verification.
    • Perform highly detailed executive capability assessment and evaluation methodology assessments where agreed with the client.
  5. Completion

    • Following client selection of preferred candidate, engage in comprehensive background checks and referencing.
    • Act as an intermediary between candidate and client regarding compensation negotiations.
    • Act as focal point of reference for all parties during the transition phase.
    • Remain in contact with all parties following the hire in order to monitor the early stages of the hire and assist further wherever possible.
